Bob Nervo Memorial Race

Due to the size, banking, and surface Toledo is a very traditional quarter midget track. Making it one of my favorite tracks to compete at. A track that does not change from hot to cold, humid or dry is always a relief to work with. The only task for this track is keeping the car relatively smooth through the bumpy surface. That was controlled mostly by not staying too soft with suspension.

But always keep this in mind, when using Vega tires it is not best to use a stiffer spring combination than necessary on the car. It seems with our cars reducing cross weight and ride height is a better solution to loosening up a car with Vegas. So at any point in time there is a need for spring in the car, try only increments of ten pounds.

Just a short rain delay to halt the program for a brief time.
