Refund policy
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Customers that purchase product through the online Store will need to contact us via email or phone to seek approval for a return of product and refund of product. Most new, unused, unopened items sold by NC Chassis returned within 14 days after approval, may receive a full refund, or exchange, or credit on account. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: quarter midget cars, special order or custom-built parts, or items that have been used, modified, altered, or allowed to deteriorate to a condition where they cannot be resold as new.
Proof of purchase must be included with all returns. We do our best to make sure you have proof of purchase. Check your emails for invoices or call during business hours if you need help finding proof of purchase. Internet sales not in error on our part, that have been approved for return or exchange, will be returned at the cost of the customer returning the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For eligible returns, refunds to a credit card typically take up to 5-10 days after we’ve approved the refund. For information about refunds to a credit card, contact your card issuer.
Claims and Shortages
All of our merchandise is packaged with care. Always check the contents against the packing slip. Any damage or shortage should be reported to us immediately. Save all packing materials and paperwork until your claim has been resolved.
